Introduction
Mechanical seal refers to a kind of equipment that helps the joint and relative slipping to avoid leakage of fluid when at least a pair of end faces perpendicular to the rotating axis under the action of fluid pressure and elasticity (or magnetic force) of shim mechanism are coordinated by auxiliary seal. In light seal, it generally requires to use mechanical springs to achieve the loading elasticity when using rubber bellows as an auxiliary seal. As rubber bellows are of limited elasticity, the elastic loading mechanism and auxiliary seal are combined to be a mechanical seal of metal bellow named Metal Bellow Seal including mechanical seal of pumps and mechanical seal for agitators. |
